We want you to enjoy your stay with us, to ensure this and for your safety, the following rules apply:
1 There is a speed limit of 5mph including bicycles. Vehicles must be driven by qualified drivers. No learner drivers or children on parents laps driving. Vehicles must be insured
2 Please give consideration to others when playing ball games.
3 DUE TO OVERHEAD CABLES, STRICTLY NO KITE FLYING OR MODEL AEROPLANE FLYING.
4 Noise levels must be kept to a minimum and no noise at all between the hours of 11-00pm and 8-00am.
5 Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the campsite area and any fouling must be cleared up at once.
6 Parents are responsible for the behaviour of their children at all times. Children must not be left unattended. Under 5’s must be supervised in the toilet.
7 No smoking in the toilet or shower block
8 All barbeques must be kept off of the ground in order to protect the grass. Bricks can be supplied.
9 Visitors are strictly by arrangement only. Please advise owners on or before their arrival.
10 No commercial vehicles. Bonafide holidaymakers only.
11 Campfires are allowed in the designated area
12 For your safety you are advised to turn left only onto the main road.
13 Once checked in, if you wish to leave early for any reason, we are unable to make a refund.
14 Pets are not allowed in the toilet or shower block
PLEASE NOTE; There is a public footpath across the campsite .Occasionally walkers will cross the field but this is very seldom. You are encouraged to walk along these footpaths into adjoining fields but please stick to designated paths and not trespass onto the farmland.
For your safety, it is advised that you do not camp beneath the power lines.
We do not accept any responsibility for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicle or possessions.
Liability for any damage/breakages on the site is your responsibility.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking.
